John is very knowledgeable with purchasing a home along with the lenders side for a mortgage. He knows a lot of people in this business to get you approved for the home you are looking for. He has never been pushy with buying a home and will show you as many homes as you need until you find the right one that you are looking for. John is a super Realtor and I highly recommend him!

He knows all of the ins and outs of the business in both Greenville and Spartanburg counties...how to get a great deal, how to get a house sold, short sales, foreclosures and REOs. John was a life saver for my family. When my grandmother passed away we were left with her home to clear out and sale. The house was not in the greatest shape and definitely not in the greatest location; but these facts did not deter John. He was determined that he could sell the house for us.
